Ann Oliver

I can’t remember a time when I didn’t dance as my mother danced and later taught.  My childhood was spent in the South Island, on the West Coast and in Christchurch and my family regularly attended Summer Schools.  While I I took a break from dancing to marry, do the OE and have children  I returned enthusiastically around 2010 and then  completed  my teachers exams in 2014.

 I now live in Wellington and am the tutor for Linden Club.  I have enjoyed teaching classes for day and weekend schools across New Zealand and furthering my dancing by attending schools in Australia and Canada

 When not dancing I work for the Ministry of Primary Industries, facilitating NZ exports.  In my “free“ time I enjoy reading, Zumba, swimming, gardening and travelling.
